  • This is my guilt talking.  Why in the hell I should feel guilty
about not posting is beyond me but I do.  I think I had 2 previous
lives, one as a Catholic and one Jewish both master of the guilty
conscious.  Of course this puts me on my third guilty life, that
of a lapsed southern baptist…..yup, I’m going to hell.
Fire, brimstone and the whole nine yards of guilt.  I can feel my
blood pressure going up just thinking about it.

    Prague, Czech.

My favorite picture of the whole weekend.  If you look closely you
can see an American flag flying from just below one of the
spires.  That’s the American Embassy.  I suggest not going
there if you need help, the marines won’t let you in without an
appointment.   Maybe they would have let us in if we had
actually needed help but I find it odd that an American can’t look
around the American Embassy.   What the hell are they hiding
    in there?
p.s. If you click on the pic. it shows larger but it’s still not as good as the actual print.

  • Hey, it’s your blog, post when you feel like it!  You shoulda reminded those jarheads that your taxes pay for that embassy and their cushy (non-Iraq combat) jobs.  Of course then they would have probably just shot you…so I guess it’s better that you didn’t.   :bigbounce:

  • BTW, I meant no disrespect for any of our troops.  I’d hate to have the job of guarding any U.S. facility abroad these days.  And that is one beautiful place.

  • Yeah, I agree with Tweedle38. We can wait until you have something you want to blog.

  • so if you were running towards the embassy with a thousand angry europeans hot on your tail, they wouldn’t let you in would they? “I’m sorry miss, you don’t have an appointment, please take your angry mob elsewhere…”

  • RYC: I can’t believe you remembered the dollnapping! I mean, action figure-napping. :)

  • Guess what I am back on xanga for a while. I miss you like crazy. I posted but I was just raving about meaningless crap. Victoria is doing good now. She is almost potty-trained and drinks from a sippi cup only no bottle. Jesse got a free day from school cuz he did so good on his bench mark test. He is proficient in everything thats wonderful. And me well I am happy. I wish you were here so I would have someone to talk to, but if we got everything we wanted the world would be in terrible shape. My e-mail is still the same I would love to hear from you. I miss you and love you. by the way nice post ;)

  • It’s OK, I haven’t posted in a while either. You aren’t going to Hell for that!

That’s a great picture, though you’re right, it makes one wonder what’s behind closed doors there.

    Have a super weekend!

  • That is a beautiful picture! (Thank you for your comment and your support)

  • I am proud of you, too.   My hubby is quitting, too.  I love to hear it!

    Merry Part and Blessed Be
