I went to Prague this weekend. It’s going to take a couple of days to get my pictures organised but here’s a preview.
I’ve wanted to go to Czech for a long time so this was great. Actually there aren’t a lot of places I don’t want to go, so being here is a pretty good way to help out my travel bug. Bear didn’t want to go, he wanted some alone time and more importantly some couch time. So me and our friend Mike went. Talk about a great travel companion. We both are pretty easy going about what to see and when, so it was a very relaxed and comfortable trip. I hate being pinned to an arbitrary itinerary and so does he, so if we decided on the spur of the moment to turn left instead of right we did. I swear we had to have walked 10 miles a day. And that doesn’t count the Tram. We used public transportation instead of cabs. Not just because it saves money but because you get a truer picture of a place and it’s people if your mixing in.
I’ll get my pictures together and try and post again soon. I hope all of my Stateside friends had a good labor day weekend. I know I did, it just wasn’t the normal cookout.
Oh, and sorry if all the pink and blue freaked you out…..I am just so sick of all the blah! I don’t know how to do any of the fancy pages so I just loaded a pre-made skin. Who cares if I’m the 50,000 to have used it, lol.

I can imagine how thrilled you must have been to be able to go there. This picture is so inviting. When I have the chance to go do something like that, it seems as though my eyes just can’t take it all there is to see. It is so exciting. NICE.
I can see I will have to rent Zelary, how odd we would both do Czech this weekend.

I loved Prague when I visited many years ago. I was touring with 4 other people (3 of whom I didn’t know before that trip) and I was outvoted when we talked about staying for a second day. I couldn’t believe they thought they’d seen all there was to see in Prague in one short day. I’d really like to go back oneday and just wander the streets and see a lot more of the place. Looking forward to seeing your photos too!
