Thank You everyone for the support you showed Emily. I can see why she considers you family. Even though she did something stupid and wrong, you have rallied behind her and continue to love her. That is what a family is supposed do. Not necessarily approve of what someone does, but once it’s done try to pick up the pieces and go on. Stand by each other through good and bad times.
I hope that even though things did not go well for Tabby or Emily at the DRC meeting that it will improve the farther we take this. If it doesn’t….well life WILL go on. We have to try and understand that even though this wasn’t the “plan” for how their lives would go this IS how it’s going and we all have to deal with it in the best way we can. I do know that the time for crying and “this can’t be happening” is over. It is time to for us all to move on. We will move on with the next step. Hopefully some of you can help us with that, for those of you who can’t (for whatever reason) move on with your life. If you love Emily and Tabby they will always be with you in your heart. Maybe they won’t be in school with you everyday and maybe you won’t see them ever again, but that doesn’t change the fact that you will always have a part of them with you. Gone does not mean forgotten and you all know that, and moving on with your own life and succeeding is the best way to honor those that you love and those that love you.
Thank You Again, we will be in touch. Emilys’ mom

Congratulations on your first post! The Xanga Community welcomes you. Good luck and happy weblogging!
Thank you for that. We’ve all had a hard time, and Tony leaving made it even harder. We’ve begun to heal, and things are, unfortunately, getting back to the way they used to be. It’s almost as if certain people didn’t learn from this experience. That’s okay, because, like you said, life goes on. You’ve comforted me more than my own mom has, and I have to thank you for that. I just want you to know, and I think the rest of the family will agree with me, that we’d like to officially count you as a member. For better or worse…
Again, thank you,
Jeremey
